The Indiana Alpaca Association is pleased to welcome Dr. Ruthanne McCaslin. Affectionately known as “Dr. Ruthanne", she grew up in Western Pennsylvania and attended veterinary school at Michigan State University, graduating in 1971. At the time of her graduation, she was the youngest veterinarian in the United States.

She and her husband, “Dr. Ed” own the Lakeshore Animal Hospital in Mentor, Ohio since 1972. They also own Promised Land Farm Alpacas in Chardon, Ohio where they have been raising alpacas (and Dr. Ed’s pet chickens) since 1995.

The Agenda for the day will be as follows:
