We look forward to seeing everyone at the June Meeting. It should be fun and give members an opportunity to use their fiber. The fiber grading discussion will help members learn more about their fiber as well as help IAA better understand what project can be done with IAA members pooled fiber.

11-12 noon Discussion on Grading Fiber from Members

Bring sample of fiber from middle of animal's blanket in a sandwich size bag.
Label with Farm Name and Alpaca Name.
IAA will provide labels for grading.
Bring approximately 5-10 samples (or what you have available)

12 Noon Carry-in Lunch (Please bring drinks, salads, or desserts)

IAA board members will provide casserole type dishes.

12:45 pm Fiber Project
We will be making dryer balls and possibly other items. You may get wet so dress for work and fun. We will be working under a large tent unless weather changes the location.

Please bring the following

Approximately a pound of 2^nd/3^rd fiber samples
Note: The fiber doesn’t have to be washed,but cleaner is better
Towels
Bag to take products home
